Margarita help me to do a 1031 exchange. This is the first time to me to do it. I went to her for help as I knew that she has good experience on it. First, she helped me to sell my renting property in the city of Duarte. The buyer has many requirements even though this house is well remodeled. She patiently and carefully worked on this case and get this house sold in a very short period. then she helped me to buy a property that is 70 miles away from her office/and my house. She drove me there for house hunting whenever we need. In order to meet 1031 exchange requirement, She worked without stop. often, she read and replied my questions at less then 5 mins received my text messages or e-mails, no matter it is 5 AM or 11 PM.
