We called the realty company on one of the homes we had see on line & Margie Birch was the realtor who met us there. Well we are so glad she was because Margie Birch became our realtor. Margie showed us a few houses & from looking at those I think she got to understand us & our likes & needs. She called us one day & said she had a new listing that had come on the market & set up an appointment for us to see the house early the next morning. So we met at the house & we fell in love with it immediately. Now you have to understand houses were going within hours of being on the market so Margie advised us to put in a bid right away - so we headed right to her office & she put in the bid for us. She told us we would have to probably bid a bit above asking price but thats how the market was at the time & we knew that was the case. That afternoon Margie called us & said we got the house!!! Now this was early January & we were renting a house at the time that we only had until the end of the month. Margie got all the paperwork going setting us up with everything we needed from a inspector to a loan company to an insurance company & closing company staying on top of things the whole time checking in with us all the time to see how things were going. Closing on a house that fast is nearly impossible but thanks to Margie we did it! She even came to the closing with us toMake sure everything went well. We moved into our winter home on January 31st. Margie kept working for us even after the sale. Anytime we needed any work done at our house such as a pool person or a lawn guy Margie was happy to give us names of people to contact. we didnt just get a good realtor we ended up getting a good friend!
