Maria and her staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in selling our Clearwater house. I assumed it would be a difficult process living in Michigan while attempting to get out rental home ready for sale. Not so with Maria. She knew exactly what to do to make it ready for open house. She had it sold within 2 weeks! We did all paperwork by secure emails and it couldn't have been more smooth. If I had a question about the contracts, she responded almost immediately.
