Maria Marcotte was always interested in helping people buy and sell real estate and looked forward to eventually pursuing this interest. She formally began her residential real estate career in the summer of 2007. Maria is a member of Arruda Real Estate Associates in Plainfield, CT. Always eager to advance herself, Maria has been able to further expand her knowledge of the real estate needs of both Northeast Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Maria was honored to receive the Five Star Award in 2011 from CT Magazine and has been nominated for the 2013 award. Nominees are selected by both area buyers and sellers, which speaks highly of her integrity and work ethic. Maria always gives both sellers and buyers her best.
