Don’t deal with this office, especially Maria Papas! I had nothing but issues from day one and almost didn’t close on my condo unit. Besides her being rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, she lied throughout the entire process. She represented the sellers, they apparently received a higher offer after signing the contract with me and Maria did all she could to make this deal not go through. Cancelling the appraisal for no reason as well as many other mishaps. After the closing finally happened and all papers were signed, she played games and lied and had the sellers stay in my unit for several days. My husband and I couldn’t get keys that weekend as promised. I complained to her office manager who she works for but they defended her and made ridiculous excuses. There are plenty of realtors around, don’t use any from this office unless you want to deal with all the stress they cause.
