She follows your decisions but has lots of ideas and recommendations. She is not passive like other brokers I have known. That's a great trait. She got my place sold quickly and easily. Maria is a Champion. I have to say we got the lucky draw of the hand with her. We were dealing with an agent for about a week and we weren't at all satisfied with his work. Coincidentally, my wife just chose Maria from an internet website and as i said before, it must be a lucky draw of the hand. She was very professional since day one, always kept her appointment, always ready to go house hunting at a moments notice even though she has other clients to deal with. She has tought us so much about the market. Because of her diligence we only stayed on the house hunting market for a little over a month. She keeps the search to your exact liking and most of all she's very honest when it comes to giving her opinion. We landed the best house of all the ones we saw. This house was on the market for about a week and we got it, beating out over 30 others. All I can say is this lady is a genius in my book and a true professional. Maria is great. My wife and I have worked with her twice now: We bought our first co-op with her in 2016, then she sold the co-op for us and we just purchased our first home with her and she was excellent throughout it all. As we were getting ready to sell our co-op she was very good at advising us what work to get done and how to do it so we didn't spend much money getting it ready to sell. She had a professional photographer and helped move all our furniture and belongings around to make sure the place looked great - we had an accepted offer in less than a week and a half. She was great as we were looking at houses, always making herself available and giving us remodel ideas. When we found the house we wanted she made it happen!
