Worst experience I have ever endured. Held me hostage for my deposit. In our contract a 40 day notice was necessary (which was fine) once I gave it she made me change my move out date to be 20 days short. Than made me do things to the house that the home owner should have done the entire time I was living there in order to receive my deposit back. Last but not least I was asked to move out and pay the full months rent and I would receive my prorated amount back a couple of days later. I still have not yet received this money and now she refuses to respond to my messages.
