Really dissatisfied with her, after sign a contract for $190,000.00 at 5% for her payment, copies that I never received, we decided to lower the price at $175,000 but at this time she put 6% without my knowledge and she did my initials for me without my consent. I have proof that I only sign papers with her four times, the first contract of $190,000, the counteroffer to the seller for 145,000, the agreement for accept the 135,000 and the denied 125000 counter offer, never sign any paper for the 175,000 that she did all changes stating I agree. I did agree with lower the price but never was told of raise the price or her percentage, she initial that page for me and I have proof of that those are not my initials. She didn’t even show up at the closing table, she stayed at the back in the office of the title company, very irresponsible and disrespectful of her not show her face on the meeting for the closing but was happy to get the money afterwards doing something ilegal
