Giovany and Maritza We want to thank Mariana Lloyd and the rest of the staff at 525 Realty Group for helping us find our home in Edmond Oklahoma. We met Mariana after looking up a listing on Zillow, and who knew that it would be the start of a great relationship. Mariana showed us this house on a very short notice in what would be the first day of a long journey into ultimately finding the place we would call home. Mariana was not only very informative about her listing, but she was also very kind and patient in listening to us. We actually liked this home very much, but we had to fly back to Los Angeles the next day and before we could even place an offer the house was sold. Nonetheless, Mariana reassured us that she would find us our home and this determination was evident during our follow up house hunting trip in Oklahoma City. By the time we arrived she had already laid out a long list of homes that met all of our criteria. Mariana also recommended Jim Faaborg to help us find a lender. Jim found us a reputable lender and also got us a PMI premium that I could not believe how low it was the first time I saw it. He did not end it there but lowered it even further at time of closing and lowering our monthly payment even more. We never felt rushed in working with Mariana and we always felt that she genuinely was after our best interest.
