Marianne Harder

Marianne Harder has been living and working in the local community for over 30 years. After working professionally in hotel management, she began her real estate career in 2005 as a licensed Sales Agent. In 2007 Marianne and her husband Steve, who has been in the real estate business since the 1980’s, opened their own brokerage. Steve and Marianne live full time in The Sea Ranch where they were married in 1983 and where they purchased their first lot in 1986. In collaboration with a local architect and general contractor, the Harders have designed, built and remodeled homes at The Sea Ranch and understand well what makes the coastal lifestyle so special.
