Great Realtor. As a first time home buyer she had patience with me, because I asked a million questions. She paid attention to my needs and concerns into purchasing my first home. I was able to reach her anytime. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, even when we waited to hear back from the lenders. Very competent and went above and beyond. What was also most important was her honestly. When looking at homes, she would ask questions and give feedback to help clarify some decision making. I believed she understands that purchasing a home is a big step and she wants her clients to feel they got the best deal and have a good experience while doing so. If ever I decide to purchase another home, Marilyn would absolutely be my Realtor to work with again.
