- Mario listed, but didn't sell, my home
I met Mario through a close friend. Unfortunately, after hiring him to sell my house, I quickly regretted it. He took over a week to respond to emails and LIED repeatedly about there not being offers on the house. A potential buyer later contacted me and told me he had contacted Mario, but Mario had told him he was not accepting offers at the time because he was too busy selling another house. His behavior was unprofessional and probably illegal. I recommend not hiring Mario if you wish to sell your house with the minimum amount of hassle.
