Mario is amazing. I guess I'll start by saying that what began as a friendly convo on a Saturday night led to him sending a follow-up email on a Sunday (the next day) - I knew then that he was professional and responsive. We had some casual back / forth and he helped me understand the Miami market / neighborhood (Belle Meade) my wife and I were interested in. Fast forward two weeks and we were ready to pull the trigger - we wanted to find a property and close in 4 weeks, Christmas / New Year holiday in between, and we wanted to finance the purchase... AND we were first-time buyers that didn't know how anything worked... how's THAT for a challenge :) Needless to say, from the moment we said "go" Mario exceeded our expectations - he arranged for showings quickly, helped us discuss pros / cons and evaluate properties, and provided excellent, valuable (i.e. $-saving) guidance when it came to putting in an offer / counter-offer / etc. His connections with lenders / the various third-parties are amazing, and those individuals shared his level of professionalism and responsiveness... again, we closed on our home with financing in under 4 weeks (from first viewing); in fact, everything was ready for close with almost a week to spare - hopefully I'm not setting the bar too high! Mario knows what he's doing, he's smart, dependable, and he brings an excellent network to the table (especially valuable to us as first-time buyers) - and his professionalism and guidance were priceless. He's also just a genuinely nice guy :) It's now 8 months later (August 2018) and we couldn't be happier in the new place. Would highly, highly recommend!

Mario was very responsive from day 1. He didn't know me nor my potential as a buyer and yet he went out of his way to give me VIP service. He was very attentive to my needs and questions without ever being pushy. I was contacted by half a dozen brokers through Zillow but Mario was the only one that gave his real attention and that made such a difference. At the time of showing properties, he was very knowledgeable, attentive to every detail and respected by his peers. When it came to negotiations, Mario had a very smooth and elegant way of trying to bring seller and buyer together, ever treating all parties with utmost respect. In a world where sincerity is sometimes scarce, Mario is a very welcome breath of fresh air. I thought we would be looking at houses for several months but it took us 5 visits and 48 hours to close a deal on a waterfront house in Miami Beach. The follow-up from the time we agreed on the pricing and terms until the closing was flawless and with record- braking timing as Mario takes care of EVERYTHING, he covers every and all aspects. Mario gives A to Z service, also after closing if you need assistance with maintenance, remodeling, managing...you name it and Mario nails it. I hope Mario will stick around for some time as I wouldn't want to work with anybody else in this area. Thank you Mario, such a pleasure working with you!
