Mark Adcock

Mark Adcock is a thief and a liar. He has an extensive record of faulty business dealings and dishonesty. His karma will catch up with him.

Mark helped me buy a house. He was very good at asking questions and listening to what I wanted. He tailored the search to hone in on houses that appealed to me. When I found a house I liked, he helped me to negotiate a good deal. I felt he was really looking out for me. His knowledge of construction also helped him to figure out some things that were problems with the house that needed to be addressed and that helps to negotiate a better deal on the home. When I was getting ready to make an offer on the house, Mark said he felt I should offer a lower my offer price from what I was thinking about offering and he was right about the right price to offer. Then I hired him to modify the house and remodel it and his work as a general contractor was also very good. Over the years, I've worked with several Realtors and some builders and Mark was the best Realtor I have ever worked with. I would hire him again as a Realtor, an architect, or a general contractor. I think he has a unique set of knowledge and skills that sets him above most other Realtors.
