Mark & Amie

Mark and Amie are a breath of fresh air. I have never been more impressed by two people’s work ethic than these two. We just moved from southern California to El Dorado Hills. We were referred to Mark on a whim and thank god we were. From the first conversation I knew I was talking to someone that was going to find us exactly what we wanted. Now obviously that’s what an agent is supposed to do but I don’t think I have worked with someone that really goes out of his way to make sure his client has all the info and is getting exactly what they want. We were in the process of selling our home in southern California and were running into some issues with our agent. Mark actually got on the phone with our other agent on our behalf to get everything straightened out. After we got all those things fixed we then were ready to go looking for houses. We weren’t too familiar with the area of Folsom and El Dorado Hills so wanted to make sure we moved to the area that fit us. We then flew up north and met Mark and spent the whole day looking at houses and him showing us the area. It was like going on a tour he is so knowledgeable about the area it was impressive. I felt like I was driving around with a buddy checking out a new area. I think his best skill set is his communication and how to read a person. It didn’t take him long to hone in on what was really important to us and then our personality to put us in the area that was the best fit. Which happened to be in the same community he lives in. We looked at 15 houses and pinned it down to two. Mark was very aggressive in our offers and negotiating with the seller’s agent. We were constantly updated with where we were in the negotiations until we closed on our home. Now that we found the house and have an accepted agreement in steps Amie. She is just as great to work with as Mark. She is very detail oriented and does not let anything slip by. She ordered our inspections quickly and then went through every item very closely. We negotiated with the sellers to get everything fixed and a credit for things they didn’t want to fix. She facetimed with me on numerous occasions to look at things in the house that she thought needed to be addressed and then contacted whomever was needed to get it resolved. On top of all that after the sale she has been helping me get the things that I wanted fixed on the house before we move in. Keep in mind the sale is over and done but that hasn’t stopped us working together. They made what was a difficult situation because we were not in the area a very easy and enjoyable purchase. I will use Mark and Amie on any future purchases or sales and will refer them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and look forward to working with them both in the future. A+ service that cannot be matched, look no further you have the best agents in the area. It’s all about the relationship and the plan. From the first day we met, Amie and Mark were warm, engaging and determined. They had a formula and a system that gets houses sold.
