After originating Mortgage Loans for 7 years, I earned my Real Estate License in August 2006. My first transaction was a commercial building in Brooksville Airport land lease program. After that, I was hooked on opportunities for investors. In 2008 to 2010, I realized with the economic crash, a opportunity presented with the NSP Neighborhood Stabilization Program would need the help of a licensed realtor to acquire foreclosures in neighborhood destabilized by falling devaluations of homes. I established a relationship with West Pasco Habitat for Humanity as a nonprofit agency that would take foreclosures and rehab and then flip them to homeowners in need of housing with an added incentive of down payment assistance.
