  • Mark listed and sold my home

      Mark Goldberg is an excellent realtor. Mark knows how to market, present and price the home before being listed and was extremely helpful in getting our home ready for market. He is cooperative, knowledgeable and has a deep understanding of our market. Our home sold quickly substantially above asking price. We could not be more pleased with our experience working with Mark and recommend him highly without reservation.

        I cannot overstate how incredible Mark is as an agent. To say he went above and beyond our expectations doesn't do it justice. We sold our home from out-of-state and he became like family throughout the 10+ month process. Since we were long-distance Mark personally coordinated with all the contractors and met them at the property more times than I can count. He has extensive knowledge on prepping/staging the house to make it the most attractive to buyers, and because of this our house got record numbers of online and foot traffic (100+ showings in the first month). Even though we ran into several roadblocks with buyers backing out, loans almost falling through, numerous extensions, etc, Mark remained instrumental in making things happen to avoid further delays. He even went as far as taking over some of the tasks for the other agents and loan officers who were slacking on their responsibilities. You will not find another agent as extensive, knowledgeable, or personal as Mark. Very highly recommended with no reservations!

            The personal touch is so important in real estate transactions. While some realtors use a team approach, I wanted someone who would work with me one on one for the recent sale of my condo. My experience selling my condo with Mark was excellent and supportive: his ideas for prepping my property, resources to expedite the process, and pricing were spot on with the current market. His knowledge of the neighborhood was a bonus. He explained everything, was available to answer questions, flexible, and nice to work with. His extensive experience in this market is evident and it gets results.
