Mark Goldberg is an excellent realtor. Mark knows how to market, present and price the home before being listed and was extremely helpful in getting our home ready for market. He is cooperative, knowledgeable and has a deep understanding of our market. Our home sold quickly substantially above asking price. We could not be more pleased with our experience working with Mark and recommend him highly without reservation.

I cannot overstate how incredible Mark is as an agent. To say he went above and beyond our expectations doesn't do it justice. We sold our home from out-of-state and he became like family throughout the 10+ month process. Since we were long-distance Mark personally coordinated with all the contractors and met them at the property more times than I can count. He has extensive knowledge on prepping/staging the house to make it the most attractive to buyers, and because of this our house got record numbers of online and foot traffic (100+ showings in the first month). Even though we ran into several roadblocks with buyers backing out, loans almost falling through, numerous extensions, etc, Mark remained instrumental in making things happen to avoid further delays. He even went as far as taking over some of the tasks for the other agents and loan officers who were slacking on their responsibilities. You will not find another agent as extensive, knowledgeable, or personal as Mark. Very highly recommended with no reservations!

The personal touch is so important in real estate transactions. While some realtors use a team approach, I wanted someone who would work with me one on one for the recent sale of my condo. My experience selling my condo with Mark was excellent and supportive: his ideas for prepping my property, resources to expedite the process, and pricing were spot on with the current market. His knowledge of the neighborhood was a bonus. He explained everything, was available to answer questions, flexible, and nice to work with. His extensive experience in this market is evident and it gets results. While my experience was as a seller, I would not hesitate to recommend Mark as an agent for buyers as well—I imagine he would be a very caring and supportive partner in finding a home as well as selling one.

Mark was attentive and responsive. He was very knowledgeable about the market. He took initiative and also followed our lead. He made us feel like we were his priority. He was helpful when it came to understanding contracts. Mark made himself available and worked around our schedules. Mark enjoyed what he was doing and shared his enthusiasm.

Mark took the pressure off of us during the updating and sale of our house. He always stayed on top of the renovation and marketing process. Mark took care of everything after I moved to another state. He got a painter and cleaning crew in, and they made the condo look brand new! He answered my calls and emails immediately, and would contact me to let me know what was happening. He was honest and very easy to work with. Took care of every detail so I didn't have to worry about anything. He priced it right, and sold it for the asking price, perfect! I really picked the right agent to sell my condo.

I would like to provide the following very informative and very honest feedback on Mark Goldberg, Compass Realty. My family and I have known Mark since November 2019 as we rented one of his properties and still do, he is an exceptional landlord! I lost both of my parents in October of 2020, 14 days apart of each other.  It was a very, very difficult and emotional time as I was named the Personal Representative in both their Last Wills.  I was very fortunate that Mark very kindly offered his long-standing well-known experience and expert real estate services to assist in the sale of my late parent's personal residence. His extreme honesty, vast well-known 40+ years of real estate experience, exceptional personality, patience and understanding, we knew the property was in the best of hands with Mark in charge.   It was such a pleasure working with Mark and having him as our real estate agent. Selling my parent's property was a very emotional process for my 5 siblings and I. He visited the property several times with his main contractors, to carefully assess what renovations in which areas were needed, in the most cost-effective way. He was there every step of the way, providing his valued guidance, feedback, recommendations and exceptional suggestions. He truly went over and beyond his services as a real estate agent. The renovation invoices were always provided in an accurate and timely manner, with items explained in detail, truly exceptional service. Mark was extremely supportive, which made the entire process easy to go through. He was always available to talk, answer my numerous questions and concerns and to clarify things, always giving great advice when needed. My late parent's property sold within 4 days after it was put on the market and the price offered was above the listed asking price! My siblings and I really appreciated all of the hard work he did on our behalf, including the home inspection process, arranging contractors to make repairs and do pre-inspection updates of the major items (i.e. electricity, heating, plumbing, HVAC) and making sure everything was done properly and in top working order. In addition, he himself visited the property several times to ensure everything was going smoothly and being done accordingly.  He even at one time handled an unexpected water issue all alone late one night, that is beyond a normal agent's responsibilities.  Mark is truly and sincerely a remarkable real estate agent and human being. We will definitely recommend Mark, without a doubt, to anyone looking to sell or buy a property, you will be in extremely capable and reliable hands. Never thought this would be possible, but Mark pulled this off with flying colors! Took merely a month or two, to fix and sell my property - Mark was extremely helpful with his enthusiasm and kept his promise to make it happen!
