I wanted to write a review because I was very skeptical of Mark. It was between him and another relator. We went with Mark because he was very direct and honest. Mark did not sugar coat anything or tell us what we wanted to hear. When I first met him I was confident we would not use him. But after we thought about it some more we thought he would be the better choice. We were spot on. Mark sold our house immediately and above asking!! (I believe the other relator would have sold our house as well) However, I don't think the other relator would have been as aggressive. Mark got us every dollar for our house that we will use for the new house.

Mark prepared a market analysis of similar homes and that helped us focus on how to best position our home for sale. He was responsive to our questions and requests. He always provided a lead time and checked to ensure that the house was available for a "showing". Additionally Mark made suggestions to improve the house's appeal - both inside and outside.

Mark helped us with our first ever home purchase in the spring of 2016 in Southington. His knowledge in real estate and the home buying process is second to nobody. I always felt comfortable reaching out to Mark when I had a question or slightest concern about something. He is down to Earth and a great guy to have in your corner.
