We had been working with Mark for over a year and a half trying to find the perfect house . He is a person of great integrity and honesty. What we liked about working with Mark is he was not pushy to try and just get us to buy a place, he worked with us to find the right place. He was always available to answer questions at any time and had the patience to let us see the same homes numerous times. He kept us posted at every step of the way during escrow. We highly recommend him and would use his expertise again.

Mark Hermann is a true professional. The house sold very quickly with multiple offers that drove up the sale of the home. 50 to 60 people showed up for the open house.
