"Three years ago I meet Mark while attending a community engagement class offered by the City of Raleigh. When it was time to search for a home that would accommodate my growing family, I reached out to Mark. I contacted Mark because I would often receive and read his newsletter. I had several option but something told me he would be the ideal agent to assist me in my search. Let me tell you, timing is everything! On August 5th my family and I set out to meet up with Mark. We set out to look at two homes. When I thought I had enough of the process of searching for homes we arrived at "my house". It meet ALL of my needs and wants. No sales pitch was required as I jotted down all the PROS on the listing sheet Mark provided. We meet with the builders agent the same day and on Monday I sent them a check. Needless to say the process was not as smooth as we had anticipated, with no fault of Marks, but through it all he was front and center. He was always available to answer questions, address concerns, and even an advocate when things appeared to turn left. We closed in less than 30 days. On August 31st I closed on my new home in Wake Forest, NC. Mark made this process seamless, he offered all the necessary resources and referrals. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mark.
