- Mark helped me buy a home
Mark worked his butt off giving us our dream house. It was at a time when investors and flippers ruled the market. Mark would even view houses without us, as he knew what we wanted. He NEVER pushed for a sale. Many times he would bring negatives to our attention. After we found our house he aided in the closing with contacts that got us closed in thirty days. He also beat up some sellers who did not sell to a veteran. Many people will not sell to Veterans who go with a Va mortgage, because they have unfounded views of the VA taking longer to process.
