Marshall is going to sell my home as soon as upgrades are done. He’s has been very patient with our busy schedules during this process. He also gave me the best recommendations on tile and what to concentrate on so I don’t go overboard which I tend to do. He is an all around good and honest guy. FYI I didn’t know him when I bought my house and had a horrible experience with a previous realtor.
