Marta Lopushanska Durkee

Marta Lopushanska Durkee was raised in Ukraine and made Maryland her home in 1999. As a young woman, Marta attended MBC&S as well the International Institute of Linguistics in Baltimore Maryland. This enables Marta to embark in a career in ESL teaching and counseling at various colleges in Baltimore. In 2005, Marta decided to pursue a career in residential Real Estate and in the first year alone, she handled over 4.5 million in sales volume ranging from first time home buyer's to mid size region developers. Marta's tenacity and drive enabled her to work both in the booming Baltimore's East side as well as in Baltimore County.
