More about Marty Tart
I am a native of the Triangle area. I have a new construction background and received my NC General Contractors Lic. in 1999. I realized that being a NC Real Estate Broker would greatly compliment the new home business. I received my NC Real Estate Lic. in 2002. When the custom home market collapsed in 2007-2008 I was able to fully focus on working with buyers and sellers. It is very rewarding to help my clients sell homes or find the perfect home. When working with sellers I use my new home building experience to offer cost effective suggestions to help sell the home, if needed. When working with buyers I am able to bring my knowledge of construction in to help in the decision making process. I also have the CRS and SRES designations. Whether buying or selling, I am your local expert!
