I have purchased and sold several homes over my lifetime and worked with many real estate professionals over that time. Mary Bosio displayed to both my wife and I that she was truly a seasoned professional with how she handled the entire process from start to finish. She worked as both the Seller's Agent and us, the Buyer's Agent. This transaction was not without any bumps along the way from the lending institution I was working to obtain financing. The bank I was dealing with had me working with a very unprofessional and inexperienced loan officer and underwriting staff, who mishandled the whole underwriting process and eventually disapproved my loan request, two months into the process. Mary immediately went to work trying to calm the Seller's nerves and provided me several other options of lenders to consider working with. I decided to use an unknown lender to Mary, which was provided to me from a good resource. Even though she was not familiar with the lender, she supported my decision. She communicated with the Seller's the situation to regain their confidence and shared what the lender had promised, "to close this deal within a three-week period", which was what the lender stated they could accomplish after my negative experience with the previous bank. Needless to say we did close our mortgage transaction on time and as promised. I feel that Mary went above and beyond what other Realtors I have worked with in the past would have done, to maintain confidence, trust, and reassurance with the Seller's, that I was doing everything possible on my end to bring this transaction to the closing table and that I was not playing any sort of games in obtaining my financing. She essentially managed the level of stress felt by all to a comfortable level and was very proactive and professional with her communication skills throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Mary Bosio for any and all of your real estate needs.

Mine and my husband's work schedules are very non-traditional, yet Mary was always so accommodating for house showings. She is so knowledgeable about the whole home buying process and very helpful with all questions. Mary was very fast to respond to emails and phone calls, she never left us hanging.
