Mary Ellen recently represented us on the sale of our home in Westport, CT. We had been planning to sell for a while and finally pulled the trigger in the Spring of last year. Throughout the process, including almost two years prior to actually listing, Mary Ellen provided regular and helpful market analysis, suggestions for high impact improvements to consider making to the home, and very matter of fact advice regarding the potential listing price for our home based on the market dynamics, particularly with respect to homes in the $2.5 mil range. Mary Ellen knows the market because she does her homework. Her professional background prior to real estate was in finance, so her analytics are extremely impressive and very helpful when making those stressful decisions that come with listing and selling your home. We were incredibly pleased with the sale price. However, equally important, was the sale process for our home, which was no doubt the smoothest process we have ever had selling a home, and we have Mary Ellen to thank for that. We would highly recommend her to anyone considering selling or buying a home. We are confident that you won’t be disappointed!
