MaryLou has demonstrated all the qualities that a professional, dedicated, and knowledgable realtor should have. I was selling and buying a home, and MaryLou made it happen, even though there were several occasions when the deals could have fallen through. She was there to convince my homes buyers that the sale price was a fair one. She did this because the buyers realtor was very inexperienced. MaryLou sensed this and came to the rescue. She was there when the home I was selling was being inspected and made sure that everything was done accordingly. She was present when the home was being appraised, and provided comparables to the appraiser. She communicated with the banks on both ends of the deal to make sure everything went smoothly. MaryLou returned phone calls promptly. She was always positive about the deals, but also knew when to raise concerns. While my wife and I were very nervous during the entire process, knowing that MaryLou had our back was comforting. This is why I would highly recommend anyone buying or selling a home to work with her. People have no idea how difficult the home buying/selling process is. So many new federal regulations, that if left unattended could bring you devastating disappointment. Going through the process for up to 90 days, only to have it collapse because of lack of experience could kill a person. Believe me that my wife and I would have been one of those. But having MaryLou saved us. The fees collected by an experienced realtor such as MaryLou are well deserved.

I really enjoyed working with Marylou to buy my house. She worked out a great deal for me. This house was a foreclosure so the process could tend to get a bit frustrating. Marylou stayed on top of everything and communicated with me every step of the way. She was quick to return calls and to reassure me that everything was going along just fine. She managed the closing process as well and due to her diligence throughout the process. the closing only took 30 minutes and best of all, even saved me $$ at the closing table!
