I am a 36 year veteran of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire real estate industry. I am a homeowner, experienced Realtor and broker, as well as a landlord well versed in tenant rights in both MA and NH. As a natural progression of my32 years of REO experience my skills have enabled me to develop a talented REO team as well as retail team who understands the specific needs of banks asset managers and retail clients how to exceed their expectations in a timely, professional manner. My team and I are well-versed in relocation assistance, property preservation and management, and individual marketing plans to suit each REO property. We have extensive knowledge of construction which is beneficial in handling the special needs of each property. I provide excellent quality services to all my clients!
