Mary became our realtor 6 years ago when we were looking to rent a house. It was our first time renting so she explained and guide us through the whole process. She was always available and helpful. She is the sweetest and nicest realtor out there. For the past 5 years we've tried to move to a new rental with no luck, but Mary was always there to show us every house we wanted to see, because the inventory was so low she suggested that perhaps we should try buying a house instead of renting so we did. She again guide us through the process of buying a house. She would answer all of our question and she was very patient with us. After we found the house we liked and the seller accepted our offer the lender process was a nightmare, thank goodness for Mary. Mary was our voice and a super negotiator. She got the best deal for us and was able to get the lender to do closing at our second closing date (the lender wanted to reschedule for the third time). The best part of buying our house was having Mary as our realtor. She is always available and willing to help you out. She return your phone calls and/or emails very promptly and will get the your deal done without any delays. I would recommend her to everybody.
