I have been selling homes for over 28+ years. Good service is the key. I like to focus on my clients needs and make sure they get the home or investment of their dreams. If selling my goal is to look at the total picture and get the client top dollar for their property or help them out of a complicated situation. I only service a number of clients at a time to focus on their needs. It is better to give a higher level of attention to detail then skip any important factors. My name and reputation is important to me. Referrals are my lifeline to my business. I chose to handle each client myself. I do have assistants when needed along with all needed parties to complete a sale. My experience has been selling: Single family homes, Condos 2-4 flat Homes, Commercial, Mixed used and Multifamily: Leasing and Property Management:: New construction, Rehab and Fixer-uppers. I am also certified to do Short Sales and Foreclosure pro perties along with HUD brokerage. Area of expertise is the Chicagoland area and Suburbs.
