My experience with Mary was great. It goes back to last year, I started communicating with her in November 2015 based on a referral from a friend. We started communicating on skype and she was able to provide me immediately with several suitable houses for me and my family of 5 people. She even showed me some of the houses on skype. This facilitated my relocation as a UN staff and enabled me to settle down within two weeks of my arrival into the United States, which also enabled my sons to join the school quickly. Mary Stetson is by far the best real estate agent in Westchester County! Over 10 years ago she was working with the seller of the first home we bought, and followed up with us consistently, as a neighbor and great realtor. Nine years later, when the time came for us to expand, we knew we had to stay in the same neighborhood and were willing to move into a rental if we could sell first and use the proceeds from the sale to purchase our next home. We couldn't be more thrilled with our experience working with Mary Stetson! We have moved around quite a bit but our experience with Mary was above and beyond. Many things make her an awesome agent but I believe that the main thing that separates her from other brokers that we've worked with is how well she understood what we were looking for. She listened to our needs and used her extensive knowledge of the Rye Neck market and inventory to get us exactly what we were looking for. She only showed us homes that were relevant to our search and thus saved us a lot of time and energy. We couldn't believe that she helped us find our dream house so quickly!
