I would like to share my amazing experience with others looking to sell or buy their commercial or residential property. I was referred to Mary (& her daughter Stephanie) by my neighbor Bill. They immediately impressed me by her responsive to my needs. They researched the market and came up with a selling price. They hired a professional photographer to take pictures of my place. The pictures were great. Listing went up as spring arrived. In about a month, there was an offer. They advised me about the offer and the people behind the offer. Since we had an offer and the buyers were preapproved and we were pretty sure that the closing will be happening and needed to get a new place for our office. Mary & Stephanie got in high gear and took our Office Manger to lots of places in the Western Suburbs of Chicago where we were looking - Naperville, Lombard, Downers Grove, Lisle, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Aurora, etc. They also helped us negotiate with the landlord of our new building. They were always fast in responding to my questions and concerns. They was very respectful and never made me feel bad about asking questions, even though some where probably not very smart questions. Not only are Mary & Stephanie the best realtors I have ever done business with, but also the nicest people I have ever done business with.
