Mary Wagner

Mary was awesome. As new home buyers my wife and I were nervous and really didnt know what to expect. Mary made us feel comfortable and answered every question we had. We discussed our budget and area we were looking at and Mary had houses emailed to use that fit our criteria. She never pushed houses on us and turned us away from house we search out ourselves. When viewing houses she told us things to look for and if there were any concerns she noticed. We looked at 10-15 houses before find our home. She never rushed us at any location we looked at and always scheduled us to view a house when we talked to her. Usually within a day or two. She never let us feel like we were wasting her time by looking at so many houses. She was always upbeat and had a huge smile on her face. Asked about our kids and was a interested in getting to know us which showed she cares about her job. I highly recommend Mary and referred her to friends and family.
