Jen was a pleasure to work with. She came to our first meeting with information on our house and what would be a good price to list it. She was knowledgeable about the whole process.

Jen Gruber was the property manager for a townhome I rented and her gross lack of professionalism and communication left us to deal with broken/malfunctioning appliances for long periods of time and led us to lose money during our check out process. I would not recommend her for any services she provides.
