Our experience with Jen was not very professional in my opinion. She did not return phone calls or emails very timely. She also charged us for this gs beyond our control.

Jen was a pleasure to work with. She came to our first meeting with information on our house and what would be a good price to list it. She was knowledgeable about the whole process.

Jen Gruber was the property manager for a townhome I rented and her gross lack of professionalism and communication left us to deal with broken/malfunctioning appliances for long periods of time and led us to lose money during our check out process. I would not recommend her for any services she provides.
