Mathew Thomas helped us to lease our home in lake forest, found a suitable tenant and got us set up in a lease agreement. He was very helpful and knowledgable in the entire process. He was able to filter, alert and advise us on some bad proposals and avoid it. His experience in the entire process was very helpful for us to decide as we are the first time landlord. He even went out of the way to support us through the entire process. He even helped us calling Salvation army to help us move out of the place seamlessly. We were moving closer to work so he helped us found another home and helped in closing the process. His advice was very valuable in the entire process.
