Matilda Fusco

Tillie sold three houses for our family. I was a broker many years ago and have worked with Realtors all over California for many years, but never met anyone like Tillie. I would recommend her without qualification, and without a moment's hesitation, to any member of my family who might need a realtor. She responded at all hours-- at times when I never would have expected a response-- and treated us in every respect as if we were her family (she appeared to me to take the same care as she would have with her own matters, or those of a family member of hers). Tillie's commitment and tireless persistence are unquestionably why each of the houses sold on the terms they did, and as quickly as they did. I would absolutely work with her again if the opportunity ever came up.

Tillie was fantastic! She always made herself available to look at houses I found on Zillow, and always worked around our busy schedule. She even showed us some other homes that we loved. She made sure that everyone stayed on task to ensure that our 30-day escrow would close on time. She took the initiative to get a technician out to service the air conditioner when the seller's agent was hesitant to do so. Even the sellers expressed to us how impressed they were with Tillie and how grateful they were for her persistence. I would highly, highly recommend her!!!
