Matt joined Team Tarter in February 2012 as a Real Estate Agent. In addition to being a member of Team Tarter, he also does Outside Sales for Portland and South Adams Motor Parts where he has worked since January of 2011. He graduated from Jay County High School in 2002 with a Core 40 Diploma. He then attended Ball State University and Ivy Tech Community College thru 2005. He was named Napa Fort Wayne Salesman of the Year in 2007. He was also recognized as a Napa 5 Star Winner in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010. He has also completed Napa Sales Pro and Sales Master Courses. His hobbies and interests are home brewing, watching the Indianapolis Colts, and spending time with his family. He is a member of the Jay County Chamber Board of Directors.
