Matthew Freda

Matthew J. Freda , 1919–2003, known as Joe, was the principal broker of Freda Real Estate. After retiring as a full colonel from a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, Joe assumed leadership of the oldest real estate company in the Upper Delaware Valley and operated Freda Real Estate from 1971 until 2003. Joe was a graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), was a past President of Sullivan County Board of Realtors, and was a member of the Sullivan County Board of Realtors and the Wayne County Association of Realtors. Joe was past Director of the Mid-Hudson chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers. Joe was named Sullivan County's Realtor of the Year in 1994.
