Matthew Guthrie

As a Parrish native, Matt knows Manatee and Sarasota Counties, "like the back of his hands." Growing up here, attending local schools and involvement in local and travel sports has given him first-hand knowledge of our market. Although Matt specializes in residential real estate, he has had experience with vacant land and commercial/investment transactions. After high school, Matt travelled abroad and returned home to become a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations. Habla Espanol and feels confident working with international buyers and sellers. Matt is a member of the Young Professional Network and participates in community activities. He is also a part of the Matt and Maddy Team at Leslie Wells Realty. Joining forces had helped us become top agents in the Manatee Sarasota Market.
