We recently purchased our forever home in North Scottsdale with the help of real estate agent, Matt Horton. I told my husband he was going to like Matt. When he had the opportunity to come to AZ and we went to look at more homes, they immediately hit it off. From that time on, it was more like friends going to look at houses than buyers with their realtor. We experienced some stressful situations while selling our home in Colorado and Matt was there for us each step of the way even when we had to temporarily step back from a purchase in Arizona. It was during this time that Matt called and said he found us the perfect house and he was right, it was everything we were looking for and more. Matt was quick to put the wheels in motion with all key parties so we wouldnt lose the opportunity to purchase our forever home.
