Matthew was instrumental in locating the home we recently purchased. More important, he helped us define exactly the type of home and location were looking for. By the time my wife and I truly understood what we wanted, we had limited ourselves to a neighborhood containing only about 60-70 homes, of which less than 10 were likely to fit our size and budget requirements. Matthew was exceptionally patient with us and our strict specifications. He did not once try to steer us into something we didn't want, he simply adjusted his focus to present us with options which he felt would be in line with our desires. I found this to be truly impressive, as it meant that finding a home we wanted would take some time.
