Matthew Stewart helped us short sale our home in 2011. The market had tanked, we were extremely upside down, and down to one income due to the crashing market. Matthew turned what we thought would be a hopeless situation into an easy process (at least on our end), and brought us out on the other side successfully. We met Matt at an open house he was hosting and hit it right off. He understood immediately all we were looking for, even though our needs were unique in some ways.
