I have been practicing real estate since 2002. I have a nose to the grindstone attitude in assisting my clients with what is usually the largest transactions of their lives. I enjoy working with experienced home buyers, investors, empty-nesters as well as first-time home buyers. In addition to representing clients in buying and selling homes, I also invest in properties to renovate and resell, which has provided me great knowledge in construction costs, design and market trends. Being a native of San Rafael, I have lived in Marin most of my life and possess.an intimate knowledge of neighborhoods in Marin County. Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I operated a business on the Pacific Stock Exchange Options floor, trading equities for Options traders from 1995-2001. This math intensive atmosphere allows me to have a better understanding of the finance side of real estate.
