Mead is everything I wanted to a real estate agent and so much more. I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Mead for a little over 2 years. He helped me find and place an offer on a great home when I was single. Two years later I was married and contacted Mead again. He hopped right back in as if we had never stopped at all. It took a little over 6 weeks, but Mead has helped us find a home we absolutely love and helped negotiate it at a price that I thought was impossible. Extremely flexible with his meeting times and scheduling. Highly responsive, he has an intimate knowledge of his marketing area, including info about long-range construction plans for new roads and developments that might change our opinion of a house. I had multiple showings within the first two days of listing, received multiple offers from those showings and ended up selling over list price. I also appreciated that he listened to exactly what I was looking for in a new home. I also very much appreciated that Mead navigated all of the repairs that needed to be completed for both homes.

We got our first full-price offer only a few days after listing, and when that contract fell through a week later (for reasons having nothing to do with our side of the transaction), Mead acted immediately to protect our interests, and we got another full-price within a day of re-listing our home. With respect to our new home purchase, for which Mead was also our realtor, he was able to use his knowledge and experience to help us get the home we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. There were some unforeseen complications with that transaction, due to the sellers' having moved out of the country, and Mead handled those bumps in the road with expertise and efficiency, always keeping our interests in mind. Mead was a full-service agent who was always readily accessible and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. He also has a great sense of humor and was terrific with our young children and elderly dog.

Working with Mead was an excellent experience from the start to the finish of the sale of our property. We worked with Mead in the Fall of 2019. An unexpected job opportunity required our family to move from Ohio to Arizona.
