After seeing what seems to have been 30 houses, and accepting that we will probably go down as the most high maintenance buyers, Megan never wavered and made went above and beyond to ensure that all of our expectations were met. Im talking texting her late at night sometimes when we found a home we thought had potential (which she would schedule to see next day), adding additional properties that would step outside our vision (eye-opening and definitely needed), taking an easy step-by-step process when we found our lovely home, recommending great companies to handle the inspections and closing processes, and lastly always being positive, aggressive (when need be to get something in our interest haha), and PROFESSIONAL. Megan did a wonderful job of listening to our needs and was very helpful throughout the process of buying our home. From our first meeting to closing she was very attentive and proactive. We had very specific wishes for our home and Megan tuned in to our needs/wants extremely well. We wanted to work with her longer, but she found us our house so fast! Megan Morris has been amazing! She is very professional and attentive to her customer's needs. I sold a home and purchased a new home with Megan. We listed my townhouse and had several offers within the first four days. We accepted a very good offer for our sale but then had a limited time to find a new home - approximately two weeks! Megan was not stressed over the short timeframe! She was committed to finding us the RIGHT home. She never made us feel like we had to settle for what we did not want, and with her assistance we found a beautiful home that we love. Megan is very knowledgeable; if she did not have an answer for one of my questions then she diligently pursued one for me. Even though I peppered her with questions left and right, she was very gracious and supportive. She is very organized and was able to pull up details on emails or responses from my seller/buyer within seconds. At no point over the several months that it took from listing to closing did I feel like we were on the back burner or she was not there if we needed her. She was on point and kept both transactions moving smoothly. She setup most of the required appointments for us and even volunteered to come sit with our dogs when I was stuck at work. She went above and beyond for us. I cannot recommend Megan highly enough. I was able to sell my home for a profit and buy my house with little funds out of pocket - my closing agent even called me her poster child because she has not seen such beneficial closings in years! Megan Morris is a true professional. If you want someone you can trust to treat you kindly, professionally, and with respect, and if you want to feel like you are in good hands then you should give her a call. We are so glad that we did.

Megan Morris provided us with the best service I could have asked for and then some. We were a military family that just moved out here and looking for a place fast. She was extremely diligent in getting all the information about what we wanted without calling us a thousand times. She always had all the information needed there so when you had a question she could answer it there. She worked many of times in to the late evening, even in her personal time to make sure we were aware of information that came up. She made us feel like we were her only clients even though she had a few other while helping us. She is extremely dedicated to her work and her clients and a great real estate agent. I would recommend her to anyone moving to the Hampton Roads Area.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Megan Morris. As first time home-buyers, there were so many things my husband and I didn't know about buying a home and so many things we wanted in our first home. To make things even more difficult, we are both military and were trying to buy remotely as my husband was stationed in California at the time and myself in New Jersey. Megan made the process easier and smoother than I ever could have imagined. She understood our tastes and desires instantly. My husband and I had only one day in Norfolk to look for houses and somehow every home Megan showed us was better than the next. She never wasted our time with houses or neighborhoods that didn't suit us and honestly respected our budget. Future home-shopping is a memory my husband and I will cherish forever, and Megan was an integral part of that. She was caring, thoughtful, honest, hard-working, organized, knowledgeable, and just a genuinely nice and sweet person. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was getting in to but Megan took really great care of me. I had a huge list of houses that I was interested in and once I realized that I had no idea what I was doing (the great pictures of homes online aren't usually that great in person!!!) and let her pick some houses for me, I found the perfect one for me. From recommending lenders and insurers to providing me with all the utility phone numbers, Megan was such a great help and I was lucky to have her as my Realtor.

Let me start off by saying that we are not new to the home buying process and we have of course had realtors in the past. In this instance though with having Megan as our realtor, I would probably say it was the best experience we have had. The process went flawlessly and even if there were a few hiccups during negotiations with price and repairs everything went smoothly and was stress free. I would say she was the most prepared realtor, most attentive and paid extra attention to detail.Upon speaking with Megan for the first time she was very friendly and open and just someone you would want to work with so right off the bat she made us feel that she would work hard to assist us in looking for a home. As she showed us multiple homes my wife was very impressed on how organized she was. In addition, she was very knowledgeable about the Tidewater Area as a whole but we were interested in looking in Chesapeake though.After she assisted us in submitting an offer, she made sure to follow up with us every step of the way. Our offer was accepted after some negotiation and during escrow, she was very accessible and willing to answer any questions we had in prompt fashion. We just closed on the home and the experience could not have been better. She went above and beyond to fulfill any requests that we may have had and even did the final walk through as we were not in town.
