Megan Coley

Megan Coley, a fourth generation San Antonian, received a Master’s of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from University of the Incarnate Word while simultaneously taking real estate classes. Real estate is in Megan’s blood and there are several REALTORS® in her family. It became her passion while growing up in Alamo Heights, observing her parents as they renovated and sold homes. With two children, Megan has exceptional patience and negotiation skills. Her spare time is spent with her family and playing with their two dogs. An avid runner, Megan enjoys studying homes and observing their changes during her jogs. Her other hobbies include landscaping and working on her interior design skills. Megan knows the tri-cities areas well and it’s her desire to make luxury living simple. She believes every house has a legacy, but its story is beyond the concrete and sheetrock; a home comes from those living in it.
