  • Megan helped me buy a home

Extremely unprofessional. Threatens and has lack of ethics.

    • Megan helped me buy a home

Unprofessional and makes many mistakes on contracts. Worst real estate transaction I have ever had.

      • Megan and I connected, but did no business

Earlier today my husband and I went to one of Megan Donaldson’s listings which was listed on HAR as having an open house from 2-4. We arrived at 3:45, but the only only other person present was another potential buyer who told us he’d been waiting since 3:20. I looked up Megan’s number and called to find out if there was anyone who could show us the house, because we drove 40 minutes to get there. I am not exaggerating when I say that from the moment she answered the phone, she did not allow me to say a single thing without completely cutting me off and aggressively talking over me. All I got out was, “Hi Megan, my husband and I are at your listing on...” followed by the street name when she curtly interrupted me with, “I left the property to go to another listing. There will be another open house next Saturday. I would appreciate it if you gave me 30 minutes notice if you plan to come to that one.” When I started to respond, she cut me off almost immediately just to repeat herself verbatim! I then asked her if she was going to let me say anything at all, and she continued talking over me loudly. It was unbelievably rude and I am shocked at her lack of professionalism. I ended up hanging up on her because she simply wouldn’t let me speak AT ALL or ask a single question! The home’s owners very likely lost an extremely competitive offer for their home because of Megan’s complete lack of courtesy. We have no interest in viewing the house after today’s incident, although we were extremely interested to begin with.
