Meghan is the real deal! She's exactly how I envisioned our ideal realtor to be. She's very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and extremely efficient in her work. A consummate professional. She came highly recommended from a friend's wife and boy was she right! We tried working with one realtor before Meghan. It went terribly. Very slow follow up, several hour delays between responses on text messages. Sometimes even days! Just not what you want in a competitive market like Clearwater/Tampa, FL. Maybe if this was a buyers market. But it ain't that. I work in a highly competitive and high volume sales field and am constantly on the phone. I know how crucial follow up and constant communication are. Meghan worked almost exclusively with my wife in purchasing our first home. My wife never had any doubts in her ability or any complaints of any kind. We lost house after house to bidding wars. I'm sure we would have won one or two with Meghan on our side but we just didn't love the houses and we weren't willing to go crazy on the price for these homes. Still she persisted and told us not to get discouraged. We're out of state buyers, so it added an extra layer of difficulty and she handled everything like a true pro. We felt like we saw the houses ourselves and she painted a very clear picture. We trust her judgement and assessment absolutely. We lucked out on a "For sale by owner". The owner came to love Meghan just as we do and was willing to pay her commission. We will recommend Meghan to everyone we know. She's the best!
