Meghan Pelley

Meghan really puts the "real " in Real Estate. She's hard-working, professional and great at listening to her clients. She always keeps her cool and skillfully guides you to your desired end result. I loved working with her and won't hesitate to call her again in the future.

Like many prospective home buyers I found I was ignorant on many counts. Meghan walked me through a number of twists and turns, helping me to understand a process that would have been otherwise bewildering. Her professionalism and genuine interest in securing the best opportunity for me was very reassuring. I really appreciated her patience and responsiveness. I have opted not to purchase a second home but if I change my mind I will be sure to contact Meghan. She is a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I were introduced to Meghan through a friend who had used her services in the past. After the first phone conversation, we knew Meghan was the realtor for us. She specialized in representing home buyers, knew the area well and took the time to ensure we were fully informed of the process and all options available to us. As first time home buyers, we were unexperienced and she not only took the time to answer each and every one of our million questions, but did so in a timely manner as well.We would recommend Meghan in a heart beat and use her again even quicker.

Meghan did a fine job, showed me several different homes and lots. She kept me updated and informed on all different phases of the process. Meghan also gave some good advise on areas around Canyon Lake which helped me understand current and future values on the properties. I was very pleased with her knowledge and visit with her again when i am ready to build. Thanks so much

We moved out of state and needed to sell our home quickly. She did a great job with her recommendations and answered every question we had by email/phone extremely quickly. Her strategy on selling the home worked wonderfully well and we couldn't have been happier. We couldn't rate her and her work any more highly and would/am recommending her to all my friends in the area.

Working with Meghan has been great! She was always very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend her to anyone in the market for a new home!
