EXCELLENT! She is so good, I joke with my friends that I would use her to buy a dog house. There was absolutely nothing she didn't know about purchasing a home. Plus, she never forgets her buyer. Yearly, I receive something from her--calendar, covers for outside water spigots, refrigerator magnets, etc. If I ever consider buying a home, again, Mel is the one I would call.
